Refund Conditions
- Upon receipt of the package, we will proceed within 14 business days to refund the invoiced price of the returned items.
- We will use the same payment method used for the purchase for the refund. The credit may appear after 10 business days, depending on banking timelines.
- Any damaged, incomplete, broken or dirty product due to the Customer will not be refunded and will in no case entitle the Customer to a refund of the full amount of the purchased product.
- In case the return is due to our error, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller, in all other cases the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
